3. Installment programs

The Installment Program supports eligible credit cards through the following payment options:

● Bank Alfalah: Select “Pay via Alfa Installments”.
● Standard Chartered and JS Bank: Select “Pay via Credit Card Installments”, offered by Dvedo, an independent third-party provider.

Available repayment periods and charges vary by bank. Check the options displayed on the payment platform and confirm any additional fees with your card-issuing bank before proceeding.

Every category on Samsung Pakistan is covered, from Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and wearables to TVs, monitors, and home appliances, with a minimum purchase of Rs. 10,000. This makes it a good fit for bigger baskets, such as a phone with Buds and a watch, or a TV alongside a refrigerator. Bank and payment-provider terms apply.

Yes. Eligible Samsung Week price discounts and qualifying bundle or multi-buy savings are applied to your cart before your credit card installment plan is calculated. Your repayment amount will depend on the discounted purchase total, selected repayment period and any applicable bank or payment-provider charges.

Yes. Select Trade-in on your new Galaxy, and the trade-in value, along with the Rs. 15,000 Samsung Week bonus on the Galaxy S26 series, is deducted from the cart. The remaining balance can then be paid through the Installment Program on your credit card. The bonus applies from 12 to 22 October and from 30 October to 1 November 2026.

The Installment Program requires an eligible credit card from a participating bank and is available across eligible Samsung product categories. Buy Now Pay Later, provided independently by Qist Bazaar, is a separate payment option for eligible smartphones that does not require a credit card. It requires a 30% down payment at delivery, with the remaining payments made under your approved Qist Bazaar plan. Each option has its own eligibility requirements, charges and approval process. Trade-in cannot be combined with Qist Bazaar Buy Now Pay Later.

The next steps depend on your selected payment option.

For Pay via Alfa Installments:
1. A Samsung Pakistan customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order details and explain the payment process.
2. You will receive a Bank Alfalah payment-portal link by SMS and email.
3. Follow the portal instructions to select your repayment period, review the charges and complete payment.
4. Complete the required payment steps within 72 hours of placing your order.

Your order is confirmed after successful payment and the required approvals.

For Pay via Credit Card Installments through Dvedo:
1. On Dvedo’s payment platform, select your eligible bank (Standard Chartered or JS Bank) and repayment plan.
2. Enter your credit card details, click ‘Proceed to Pay’ and pay any initial installment charges, processing fee (where applicable) and other charges set by your bank.
3. Your order will be processed subject to final confirmation from Dvedo and your bank. Either may contact you for additional information.

Once your plan is approved and your order is confirmed, delivery will proceed. Installments will appear on your credit card statement according to the approved plan.

Approval rests with your card-issuing bank, so it is confirmed once you complete the steps on the bank’s portal. If your application is declined, your order will be cancelled. Orders may also be cancelled if required payment steps are not completed within the applicable deadline. You can place a new order using another available payment method, subject to product availability and the offers available at that time.
