It is really awful with the moisture signal. Even after following all the steps and doing as recommended the moisture signal does not go away. I have only had this phone for 5 months and already this moisture issue is arising. Not very helpful especially in a time where we rely on our phone so much.
We’re saddened to hear that the moisture detection issue on your Galaxy S26+ has persisted despite following the recommended troubleshooting steps, Aksar. We also appreciate that you’ve had the device for five months, and please rest assured that we’re ready to help get things sorted as soon as possible. Please follow the link below for a useful guide explaining why this issue may occur, along with more comprehensive steps to help resolve it: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-device-displays-a-water-drop-icon-and-will-not-charge/ If the issue persists after following the steps in the guide, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support Teams. Really pleased with the Samsung Galaxy S26+. The Cobalt Violet colour looks lovely and the phone feels premium without being too bulky. The screen is bright and clear, everything runs very smoothly and the battery easily lasts me through the day. The camera quality is excellent and I particularly like the AI features. 256GB is also plenty of storage for my apps and photos. It was very easy to set up and transfer everything from my previous Samsung. Overall, a fast, stylish and reliable phone. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
I recommended this product.

It’s made our day to hear that you’re loving your new S26+, Georgia. Thank you for taking the time to share your five star feedback! ^EW at Samsung Support
Happy with purchase, nice phone easy to use and install, keyboard little bit bigger which great for me as only one eye, no complains
A very good up grade from my previous phone a lot more functions which I am slowly getting used to
Only had this a few days but it does everything it says on the box and the best price compared to other retailers.
The Samsung 26 Galaxy is loaded with complex software, but this can be too much of a good thing: "less is more". I got it because my banking apps and HMRC app weren't supported on my old Samsung 8, so it was a purchase from necessity, not choice. This new one cost me over £1,500, which is a colossal sum of money just to access my bank accounts and file my tax returns! One thing I do like is the camera, which has all the features of a state of the art digital camera and will enable me to take superb close-up shots for my community magazine cookery page. I don't like all the AI, it's intrusive, overly prescriptive and not culturally sensitive as ir's not properly adapted to UK English, the spell-checker on Gmail routinely tries to change UK to American spellings, and it's not voice-sensitive to my Scottish accent and dialect vocabulary. I preferred the old Gmail spell-checker, with red underlines on individual words, which doesn't seem to be available on my new Samsung. On the positive side, a feature I do like on the new one is its improved organisation and accessibility of files, which I can organise, view, retrieve and send much more efficiently. Overall, my feeling is a degree of resentment at having had to pay so much, and I find the AI intimidating, overly prescriptive and confusing.
We are sorry to see that the S26+ has not lived up to your expectations coming from the Samsung S8. Firstly, your loyalty to us means the world to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products and services in the future. Firstly, with the incredible 50MP rear camera, along with Nightography, you'll be taking epic pictures to last a lifetime! Along with Wide optical quality 2x zoom, the detail will be better than ever! However, it is disheartening to see you are not enjoying everything Galaxy AI has to offer on this phone! Check out this guide to help you see what it can bring to your life: https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-ai/ In regard to the spell check issue on your Gmail account, take a look at this link provided by Google which will help you make sure your spell check is set to the United Kingdom: https://support.google.com/docs/thread/282934343/how-do-i-change-the-spell-check-language-from-american-english-to-british-english?hl=en We aim to optimise Galaxy AI to be suitable for all of our customers, and we know you can get the best out of Galaxy AI. I bought this phone and it has been great every day
I recommended this product.
Display is a lovely, phone is fantastic, big recomandation. Very a lovely phone
I recommended this product.
I bought this mobile in the pre-book and ordered at the first place, it was my first time switching to samsung and after 10 days, I found the battery in this device is worst even if the network is switched to 4g, I have found that display is not good enough because the fingerprint doesn't work properly poor performance on this, I'm not aware about the durability because I haven't tried throwing from height, one thing is good, the camera is pretty amazing and I cannot sacrifice these many things for camera, hence I decided to return the product but it's worst to know that samsung team will charge me 20 % of the device cost just because I have used for 10 days It's worst thing ever happened to me to forcefully use their device. I hate Samsung Please don't get into trap like me. Worst customer service
We are disheartened to see you are not enjoying the S26+ and have not parted ways with it, Shahab. With new devices, it can take it a few days to fully understand your usage and the battery performance will settle, and you'll begin to see the full scale it can bring. We have a great guide to help you get the most out of the battery which can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/tips-to-make-the-most-out-of-your-galaxy-phones-battery/ We also have put together some useful steps to get your fingerprint working which can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-fingerprint-scanner-isnt-working/ The durability is out of the world, and with the Armor Aluminium frame with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus 2 on the display, this will look perfect for years to come! We do, however, not recommend dropping this from tall heights. All of our returns' information is available for all of our customers to view before purchasing, as we want our customers to be aware of all the information you need. You can view the information regarding the deduction of the refund if you have used the product here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/shop-faq/returns-and-cancellations/will-I-receive-a-full-refund/ If you ever have any issues or questions, we'd always recommend reaching out to our Support Teams who will be on hand to help. 3 týdny používání a jsem velice spokojený.Využil jsem výkup starého mobilu, a slevové kupóny tudíž mě vyšel mnohem levněji a nelituji. Přechod z S21+ je velký rozdíl.
I recommended this product.
Telefon používám cca měsíc a zatím bez problémů. Fotky super a privacy displej funguje bezvadně. Po technické stránce vše funguje jak má.
I recommended this product.
I recommended this product.
Jsem mile překvapen, nádherný display, skvěle funkce. Celkově příjemné ovládání a plno možností nastavení telefonu. Videokamera i fotoaparát mě také mile překvapil, různé druhy nastavení a skvěle fotky.
I recommended this product.
Krásný a praktický telefon.
I recommended this product.

Ease and quality along with numerous useful features.

Nabíjení konečně aspoň 60W a dlouhá SW podpora.

Klíčové vlastnosti: 6,9" QHD+ AMOLED displej s technologií Privacy Display, procesor Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, hlavní 200Mpx fotoaparát, integrované pero S Pen a 7 let podpory. Klady: Špičkový displej s antireflexní vrstvou, extremní výkon, vylepšené 60W nabíjení a výborné noční fotografie.

Dokonalý foťák a plynule systém Není co dodat.

Jsem spokojený s kvalitním HW a uživatelsky přívětivým SW. Telefon reaguje svižně, fotí a nahrává video velmi kvalitně.

I recommended this product.
I recommended this product.
I recommended this product.
Vlajkové modely Samsungu kupuji pravidelně, takže mám možnost porovnávat jednotlivé generace, a S26 Ultra mě zatím opravdu baví. Nejvíc oceňuji rychlost a celkovou plynulost systému.

Vše funguje dobře a baterie vydrží déle,což oceňuji. Výrobek splnil má očekávání.

S26 Ultra přináší přesně to, co od vlajkové lodě čekáte – naprostý špičkový výkon, skvělý displej s minimální odrazivostí a špičkové fotoaparáty s neuvěřitelným zoomem. Design je letos o něco pohodlnější do ruky díky jemně zaobleným hranám a integrované pero S Pen opět posouvá produktivitu o kus dál.

Veliká spokojenost, vše bez problémů, stabilní a rychlé. Parádní displej a nabíjení.
