I purchased Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 on 23rd April 2026. Just after one and a half month use the laptop screen has got cracks on left corner. Unfortunately I did not added Samsung Care option during the purchase as the Laptop was already very high priced. I don't understand how it has got the cracks the only thing I remember is I picked up closed lid Laptop with One hand from one side to the table to other. I am highly dissapointed with Samsung product quality considering the Laptop is of premium price. It has tarnished my image for Samsung as I have purchased many of its ecosystem products. I cannot easily afford the Laptop screen replacement as I know it would be very costly.

I bought the "normal" Book5 360 (not pro), but i will leave my review here as well, since i think that people buying this will experience the same problems: This unit is not designed for use. When i got the unit i had a bit of an uneasy feeling, because it often makes crackling noises when you grab it. It's an exepnsive product, and their TV's and phones have a "quality" reputation, so i brush it away thinking that the units are quality tested before production, and they wouldn't release something this fragile. I'm also that Samsung will cover it, if something breaks just from lifting the laptop. Still im super careful about the laptop, because it feels fragile, and of course after a month of use, i see cracks in the screen. More cracks just keeping coming with normal use. I dont even use the tablet mode regulary, so for someone drawing on this, it would defently crack. I have to unerline, the computer is carried in protective sleeve, and is only used on a table. It has never been droppen, or bumped in to any corners. I do not believe this laptop can be used without cracking the screen. Of course it is possible my unit was faulty, but Samsungs warranty partner Mentech, does not even want to look at the unit. So now i have a completely new and expensive laptop with a broken screen. Thanks Samsung and Mentech.
The battery life is not all its made out to be but very usable. I think the battery life is calculated on the very lowest CPU settings with the screen brighness as low as possible. Connectivity is great. Machine of this price could do with a SIM slot or e-sim capability. Design is good and the machine is generally quite robust. Perfomance is not as quick as I expected. The changing of the screen orientation when you chnage use of the machine is very cluncky and unreliable. The 2 in 1 features make the machine very versatile. Great screen resolution.

The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 has an outstanding screen, solid construction, excellent backlit keyboard and performs consistently well. Battery life is good. Thanks to the Ultra 7 processor the laptop runs noticeably cooler than our previous laptops. Wi Fi connectivity has been rock solid. We have not used the 360 functionality but in laptop mode the hinges have been rigid enough to ensure the screen does not wobble at all in use. The S Pen works well with the touchscreen. All-in-all, this is the best Windows laptop we have owned.

Purchased on 15th Aug 2025 Screen broke on 25th Aug 2025 Touch Screen Broken in 10 days - cannot describe how shocked I am. after closing the laptop, it was a normal pickup from desk by 2 hands nothing else and nothing in middle of the screen which can break the screen. 20+ years working - after using top models from other vendor products top touch screen laptops with very high specifications in the market. I ordered this laptop for the first time to complete my Samsung echo system. laptop is thin and very good in looks but screen glass quality is bad or screen is touching the metal of keyboard area. defect in design. support is saying to have purchased Care+ within 3 days to cover this not it cannot be covered. 15 days and screen breaks really unacceptable for such an expensive laptop.

Pour l’instant, l’ordinateur est toujours en vie. Il n’est pas abîmé et le design est correct. Juste, quand je l’utilise comme une tablette géante (en gros seulement l’écran), il peut arriver que l’ordinateur sélectionne un élément alors que je n’ai pas touché l’écran. Par exemple, sur Edge, je voyais la croix en haut à droite s’allumer en rouge sans raison et même fermer la page carrément. Dans l’ensemble, ça va puisque ce bug se produit seulement sur Edge.

Cracked Screen Spontaneous cracked screen, as noted by other users. Not covered under warranty but will be covered by the consumer rights act. You can't argue it's not a manufacturer design flaw with so many reviews saying the same thing. Also many Facebook pages about the same thing. Fix my screen FOC...... and maybe we'll sort it but until then all my Samsung goods are going in the bin. That's the phone, tv, watch and laptop

Étant en étudiant en droit de droit de première année, j’ai fait le choix de prendre ce magnifique PC, pour pouvoir réaliser de nombreuses tâches polyvalentes et réaliser de nombreuses missions avec mon travail personnel. La prise en main a été rapide puisque que le PC m’a été recommandé par un membre de ma famille. La fluidité de l’écran rend le travail plus facile, le traitement de texte est super, et les nouvelles fonctionnalités d’IA ou encore de « prévisions » ont été très utiles pour le travail. Le fait que le PC soit en 360, donne aussi un grand avantage pour le travail, et même pour regarder un film, ce PC sera parfait ! Le stylet ou encore les écouteurs Samsung sont une valeur sûre ! Mais attention à une chose, il faut régulièrement nettoyer ce PC si vous en avez un usage quotidien, ce qui est indispensable évidemment, mais assez pénible tout de même.

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] Je suis vraiment satisfait, l'écran est d'une qualité incroyable, le clavier très agréable, le déverrouillage avec empreinte marche super bien, le S pen très très précis, démarrage très rapide, bonne batterie et la finesse du pc est incroyable, la fonctionnalité copilote avec la touche inclut directement dans le clavier est très utile, étant dans l'écosystème samsung il est parfait, fin, silencieux, pratique.

Le mode tablette est très intéressant excepté lorsque l'écran se met en veille car il faut utiliser l'empreinte au dos de l'appareil. Il a une très bonne luminosité et pas trop de reflets. J'utilise de nombreux programmes de Microsoft 365 et l'application Zoom. Pour ce qui est de la vidéo, peut mieux faire mais c'est pas mal.

je possède cet ordinateur depuis quelques moi, il répond a mes besoin pour la majorité de ses fonctions. mais il y a des problèmes avec le capteur biométrique. il fonctionne vraiment très mal ou fonctionne par intermittence. je trouve cela très décevante pour ce type d'ordinateur. En revanche avec mon téléphone fold6 et le pc c'est vraiment bien pour les différente connexion entre les appareils.

Pour le moment, je suis un peu déçu. Pas mal de bug, parfois c'est assez long pour pas grand chose. Certains logiciels ne veulent pas s'installer ou alors charge dans le vide pendant plus de 40 min puis crash. Dommage, parce que c'est un beau produit. Après ça fonctionne très bien pour la majorité des choses mais ces petits couacs ne devraient pas survenir au vu du prix

Bon autonomie du batterie. Tres bien presenté dans l'emaballage et les accesoires recus lors du promo d'achat, j'ai été surpris pour leur qualité. Avant d'acheter je voudrais un Mac mais je ne regrette pas mon choix final.

Globalement, cet ordinateur présente d'excellentes caractéristiques, notamment un écran de qualité supérieure, un design élégant et une bonne conectivité , ainsi que des performances satisfaisantes. Il est regrettable que la version avec 32 Go de RAM ne soit pas disponible, car bien que la RAM soudée favorise l'efficacité énergétique et la vitesse, elle limite les options de capacité. Ce type d'ordinateur gagnerait à proposer une configuration avec 32 Go de RAM pour optimiser son potentiel. Néanmoins, il s'agit d'un excellent produit qui conviendra parfaitement aux professionnels et aux amateurs de montage vidéo, de retouche photo, etc. En revanche, il est moins adapté au gaming. Des essais avec Call of Duty en 1080p et paramètres faibles ont révélé des difficultés, malgré les 8 Go de VRAM, en raison d'une puissance limitée. Cependant, ce produit n'est pas conçu pour cet usage et pour le monde "PRO" et videaste est vraiment incroyable.

I love Samsung products and almost everything from Samsung but their laptops are not making it to the top 10. The PC is great- I must say that, but it have to be within the top 10 in the world. Please I want to be in the Galaxy ecosystem but the laptop is not making my ecosystem strong, I think they should work on their laptops as their phones are

L'écran est incroyable et pouvoir avoir une tablette tout en ayant les performances d'un pc c'est vraiment bien. La seul chose qui peut faire un eu peur c'est les charnière, elles sont costaud mais il faut en prendre soin.

Nulle part il est noté que l'ordinateur peut lors de la mise en marche, le système d'exploitation peut "bose" s'ajuster et pendant quelque temps montrer des signes qui inquiètent

La légèreté et la compacité de l'écran. (peut être un peu trop brillant peut être en éclairage artificiel de mon bureau ) rapidité et très bonne réactivité sont appréciées. La facilité de prise en main ( en attente d'avoir pu tout tester , tactile , présentation... ) Pour l'instant 100 % agréable

J’ai acheté ce produit pour mes études et j’en suis ravie ! Très pratique pour taper comme un ordinateur mais également pour écrire ou dessiner avec le stylet, étant en études de sciences cette fonctionnalité était essentielle pour moi. Il rentre bien dans le sac de cours et n’est pas trop lourd.

Facile à ce l'approprier. Tout à fait conforme aux descriptions données. Plaisant à manipuler même à la souris ou tactile. Un bémol, l'écran se situe à environ 1,5 cm du bord inférieur et c'est quelque peu gênant au niveau visuel. Ce souci laisse supposé que la diagonale annoncée ne fait pas 16"

Absolument parfait pour travailler sur du logiciel tels que Fusion360. Un hybride parfait entre le Pc et la tablette je n’ai vraiment aucun regret. On s’adapte très vite aux cotés tactile.

Great laptop, so fast at loading up and changing pages, screen colours are so vivid, and loads of memory. Good size, so light in weight, love the size of the screen. I like being able to connect my mobile so easy to it. I am so happy with it, the best laptop i have ever had.

L'ordinateur est bien, l'ecran est de très bonne qualité, il y a une vraie amélioration grace a la 4k. Les applications se lance vite, un autre point positif. Je trouve qu'il chauffe peut trop. Enfin, à ce prix, il aurait peut être mérité 32go de ram.

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] Pour le prix comparer au concurrent bof juste que je voulais rester dans l'écosystème Samsung. Le SSD n'est pas du Samsung brand.... la RAM 16Go pas suffisante pour exploiter pleinement le matériel surtout avec tout les services qui tournent.
Extrêmement silencieux et bien connecté aux autres appareils Samsung. L’écran est le meilleur du marché, le son est bon, les performances sont suffisantes, le SPen est un peu difficile à ranger, le tactile est ultra réactif et précis (wacom).

Performances, qualité de l'écran, finitions, praticité mode tablette, stylet, autonomie, vraiment au top. Je trouve malgré tout qu'il aurai mérité plus de RAM, 16 Go, ce sera un peu juste, 32 Go aurai été une option très intéressante.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen cracked after 18days, so wasn't covered by warrenty. More cracks have appeared despite not using it. The screen feels fragile compared to other brands, the cracks are sharp meaning you can't use it as a touchscreen laptop.

Un portable très réussi avec une ergonomie très agréable. L'autonomie est plus que confortable. On oublie le fait que l'on est sur un ordinateur portable à force de l'utiliser. L'écran de 16 pouces est un plus.

How something so slim can still feel so sturdy and well built is impressive. The huge trackpad make scrolling around large spreadsheets a breeze, and you get satisfying click from the integrated buttons at the bottom. The screen brightness is second to none. Normally I turn the brightness way down in fear of the battery draining too quickly if I'm travelling, the battery drain seems to be almost non-existent, even with a really high setting on screen brightness. The resolution of the screen is outstanding, which again is something I haven't experienced from a laptop before....and even outshines my desktop monitor I use at home which runs at 3440 x 1440. I travelled with it on the train for the first time yesterday, and having such a small power supply means I now need to buy a new backpack, as I don't need such a bulky bag. After my first week of use, I am hugely impressed!

J'ai pris ce PC pour travailler a l'école, prendre des notes et faire tourner des logiciels de simulation très énergivore, Ca marche niquel et c'est même mieux que mes espérances !

La reconnaissance par caméra ne fonctionne pas. La reconnaissance par empreinte, une fois sur deux... La durée de la batterie cest bof. L'écran super et la rapidité est très bonne

Any features on the laptop that include galaxy are unreliable. This include buds auto switching. This also has minimal upgrade from the last model and no faster charging.

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] J'ai acheté ce modèle le 26/11/25 et aujourd'hui on est le 11/12/25, je n'ai donc que peu de recul sur ce pc. Je l'ai d'abord acheté pour la WIFI 7, le Bluetooth 5.4, l'écran super AMOLED (ici en full HD, 60 Hz, ce qui est suffisant pour moi), le Copilot +, le microprocesseur intel Core Ultra 7 et son utilisation en tablette Windows. Sur le design, il est vraiment très beau. La plupart du temps il ne fait aucun bruit, l'unique ventilateur se met rarement en route. Il est très rapide mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé pour des jeux n'étant pas un gamer. Parmi les nombreuses applications Samsung présentes dans le Galaxy Book Expérience, j'ai constaté qu'un certain nombre ne fonctionnent pas (ou c'est moi qui n'y arrive pas ) comme le partage de l'appareil photo, les appareils à proximité, le partage du stockage, le Samsung Find... et Bixby ne fonctionne pas pour le français. J'aimerai avoir plus d'informations sur l'utilisation de ces applications même si une partie est détaillée dans le guide utilisateur. Pour ce qui est de l'autonomie de la batterie, le chiffre donné par le constructeur semble un peu surévalué ; en moyenne on est proche des 10 heures.

My advice: don't buy. Like many others here - my screen cracked spontaneously, quite literally in front of my eyes and out of nowhere. It's never been dropped, had pressure put on it, and has barely left my desk. Never had so much as a scratch in over 20 laptops. This is a design or manufacturing fault. How Samsung can claim that they "don't know of any issues with the screens" is comical as there are literally thousands of postings on the internet about this with the current models, and most of the previous models, of Galaxy Book. The crack appeared in front of my eyes as I was typing on the laptop, with it on my desk. A large vertical crack, then this spread to several others and lots of smaller ones. Performance-wise - mediocre, takes ages to wake from sleep, poor palm rejection and inaccurate trackpad (I've had 3 so it's not just this specific one). Samsung - take note of this. I have always been a huge Samsung fan, and own the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Tab S9, Watch 8, Buds3 Pro, and was about to buy a Tab S11 Ultra which I have paused on. Either fix my laptop for free, or like others, you have lost me as a customer forever as this is just not acceptable.

J'ai ce pc depuis un peu moins de 6 mois maintenant, et y'a des choses à dire. 1er point: le pc est TRÈS léger et fin, c'est élégant, et malgré le pc fin, il me semble assez résistant. 2eme point: en tant que possesseur d'un GROS PC fixe, le 5 pro 360 semble un peu lent, même si ça reste correct 3eme point: l'écran est superbe ça j'ai rien à redire du tout, par contre l'utilisation du S-Pen fourni avec est très désagréable pour faire du travail de précision en art, car l'écran glisse beaucoup trop 4eme point la batterie: je fais des demies journées en utilisant Blender, et une journée complète sur des tâches moins gourmandes, par contre attention le pc peut chauffer très fort par moment 5eme point (le plus négatif selon moi): je n'aime pas vraiment la disposition du clavier, et le touchpad, quel cauchemar nom de dieu, on dirait qu'il est a moitiée enfoncée dans la partie du bas du clavier, ce qui rend les clics quasiment pas détectables. Il semble aussi qu'il y ai un problème lorsqu'on utilise le clavier et le trackpad en même temps, c'est soit l'un soit l'autre. Setting up this laptop is quite easy and the instructions are pretty much straight forward. In my few days using this i can easily sau that this is the fastest machine i have worked on, the processor is really quick. in my line or work i have to process large amount of data and reports, and working on this laptop had made that job easy and efficient as the time it takes to run and process. As its Samsung they cannot go wrong with display, and this time as well its just perfect and its a treat to watch on this laptop, sound quality is good so the whole experience of watching any video is pleasant. Touch screen is really smooth so using this laptop as a tablet is very good and you dont feel that its a laptop. I dont have a use of Spen that much but little bit that i have used i have been very impress, another feature that i like is the SD Card slot, as not many laptops have them these days, so its good to have that. Overall this is a very powerful machine and so far have been very impress with this laptop and would highly recommend this laptop and i;m sure any one who buys this would not be disappointed.

Easy to install, future new Windows 11 and so easy to transfer all data from my old PC ro the new one. The fingerprint functionality makes it much more secure in case of content stealing. With a huge 360 degree flexibility and rotation without even fearing that something may go wrong, it offers the user an immediate switch between a laptop and a tablet. The screen is super sleek and offers an amazing revolution. I easily switch between multiple tabs, programs or applications, allowing me to do my daily tasks much quicker. The speed for operation is super fast and precise, with no lagging or delays In operation. The pen is so easy to use for both laptop use or table use and because it has a magnetic shield, it stays on the laptop keyboard side attached, without falling. Would like to mention the battery longevity, allowing me to use it for 8 hours with 1 full charge only. Le Galaxy Book Pro 360 est un ordinateur portable que j’apprécie énormément au quotidien. Son design élégant, sa finesse et sa prise en main en font un appareil très agréable à utiliser, aussi bien en mode PC qu’en mode tablette. La suite logicielle Samsung est un vrai point fort : l’interaction entre le PC et le smartphone est fluide, intuitive et parfaitement intégrée. On sent clairement l’écosystème pensé pour fonctionner ensemble. L’écran est tout simplement incroyable : lumineux, précis, avec des couleurs magnifiques. Un vrai plaisir pour le travail créatif, le multimédia ou simplement la navigation. Autre point très appréciable : il est totalement silencieux, ce qui renforce le confort d’utilisation. La frappe du clavier est très agréable, confortable même sur de longues sessions, et le rétro-éclairage est bien dosé, pratique et élégant, aussi bien de jour que de nuit. Côté regrets, j’aurais aimé : une option avec 32 Go de RAM pour être totalement à l’aise sur les usages les plus exigeants, une capacité de stockage M.2 plus grande, ou au minimum la présence d’un slot supplémentaire pour pouvoir l’augmenter facilement. Malgré ces points, cela reste un excellent ordinateur portable, polyvalent, premium et très bien pensé. Je recommande sans hésiter le Galaxy Book Pro 360, surtout pour celles et ceux qui utilisent déjà l’écosystème Samsung.

It's got a great form factor - one of the lightest laptops I've used with a screen this big - and the 360 hinge makes it very flexible in use. Just want to watch video? Flip the keyboard back around and use it a stand. Short of space? put it into tablet mode and prop it against a wall. The ports that are so often left out of laptops are a real bonus, too - USB-A, HDMI and microSD all come in handy if you don't want to carry around adaptors. The full-size keyboard with number pad is a delight, too. The surprise for me with the Book5 is the difference the latest generation of Intel processors have made. Suddenly this is a gaming-capable laptop. Without any optimisation, some very GPU-demanding recent games were running at a comfortable 30 fps frame rate, and without any heating issues. I've been using this at home for a couple of weeks, and for a week on holiday, where the lightweight frame has really been helpful, and it has been a joy to be using a laptop that lasts as long as this without charging. My only real concern initially with this is the 16 Gb RAM; I do like to have a lot of things running at once, but in practice this hasn't been an issue at all. Whether it's because my favourite browser is behaving itself more, or Windows is swapping memory more quickly, I don't know, but the end result is that my only real worry seems unfounded. This is an amazing laptop, and I recommend it without reservation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this laptop at launch as I wanted to upgrade an old laptop I had been using, I hope the below can provide some insight! Basic performance: Comparing the Galaxy book 5 pro 360 (will shorten to GB5p) to my old laptop is of course a mismatch, but having used some recent gaming spec laptops within a similar price range I'd say with confidence that basic performance is on par with these. Particularly impressed with the quick boot-up time. Hardware: Put simply, the screen is excellent - only issue I had was when playing some games via a remote play app (contrast issue). The touch screen is a highlight, performance when using the S-pen was particularly impressive. Need to mention the touchpad, it’s huge and very responsive making so many tasks easier without needing a mouse. Not sure how, given the light-weight and slim design, but the battery life is also remarkably good. Gaming and other applications: In addition to the remote play, I have run some medium capacity games so far and there were no issues whatsoever, with the GB5p still running well within itself! I also installed some graphic design SW and again no issues whatsoever and it ran very smoothly using touchpad or S-pen. Intra device features: I did have a play with the ‘galaxy experience’ features by connecting my phone, using this with the S-tab (for a second screen) or for taking work calls is a nice feature. Overall rating: 5/5 If you are looking to play AAA games at full speed maybe not the laptop for you, for EVERYTHING else this will handle it and look great in the process. An exceptional all rounder, I am certainly happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Book5 Pro 360 is really quite an amazing and nifty two in one laptop. The Book5 Pro 360 is nice, light and slim for a laptop and is held easily in a single hand when closed, open or even in tablet mode. Boot up and initial setup is quick and subsequent boot up is very quick and activated when opening the lid/ screen. Security to log in is via fingerprint or pin or face recognition and all work quickly and well. The Book5 Pro 360 charges quickly with the provided power supply unit and fast charger USB cable. The power supply unit is nice and small and compact which means the overall setup is also compact and slides into your bag or pocket without issue. Battery life is impressive lasting all day in my usage of gaming, video and photo editing and browsing. The screen is large and nice and vibrant with the ability to adjust the brightness and colours to your liking or adaptable to the various media that you might display on screen. The screen is also a touch screen which means quick and easy selection by finger or by using the provided S pen. The screen also has an anti glare effect to it which helps when in bright locations and it does not effect the quality of the image provided. The Book5 Pro screen also folds a full 180 and can be used like a tablet but with all your Windows software and applications. You can still have a wireless mouse or wired mouse and use it also in tablet mode. The Book5 Pro can also stand in tent formation so you can watch media in a small footprint. Performance wise the Book5 Pro 360 is really quite good especially when gaming, photo and video editing. Good quick loading and fps for gaming is achieved as well as quick rending of videos and editing actions. There is also a useful microsd card slot should you need more storage space or transfer media. Where the Book5 Pro does fall down a bit is sound quality which whilst ok is a little lacking is not easily adjustable for various tones, bass etc... Also the S pen has no home to be kept safe and only is held on the bottom or top when closed via magnetism, so could be easily lost if not careful. Overall the Book5 Pro 360 is excellent for heavy load processing and games as well as taking with you when travelling as it is slim and light and can be used like a tablet. The screen is good and vibrant and ideal for displaying photos/ videos to clients when on the move. Versatility is the name of the game!

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
