(I needed to replace my ten-year old range that was cooking unevenly.😑) It’s been in my home for ~ six weeks. The range is smart & fun to use.There is a learning curve, but I find discovering new features is fun. The range is an attractive upgrade. The burners heat quickly & food cooks uniformly in the oven. The SmartThings app is fun, too, but s/what of a novelty. From your phone, the app allows the user to set range temp. & cooking times as well as control modes like convection bake, broil, & air sous vide. The few negatives are that when I’m wiping off the stove top, I sometimes accidentally turn on either the range or stovetop. Also, the timer isn’t the easiest to set. I also purchased the 9” stainless steel splash guard (backguard) & the Samsung Slim Over-the-Range Bespoke microwave with hood vent. The microwave is sleek & efficient. I highly recommend this range.

It cooks really well on the stovetop section. I only had one pan that would not work on it so far. It’s a stainless steel but it doesn’t sense that it’s the right pan. The oven works really well, I love the different modes but particularly the air fryer mode which is awesome! I love the blue interior, it’s so pretty! It cooks way faster than my other glass top stove. It’s pretty easy to clean and heats up super fast. Making dinner is less of a hassle because I can cook so much faster and I’m not burning things as much!

It is so much nicer than a glass top and it’s easier to clean. There is a learning curve with everything being touch screen but the induction top beats up so quickly. The BOOST button sure makes a difference as well. I have an array of cookware and the range says when a pot or pan is not compatible. The oven has so many cool settings like convection vegetable. Connecting the range to the SmartThings app is a breeze. Simply be on WiFi and scan the QR Code. I use the app to adjust temperature and cooking time quite often.

It was easy operating it following the instructions on the manual. I love the fact that cooking has its own section and its display screen while the oven has its own as well . Great feature about it is its safety features, if there wasn’t a cookware on it, it automatically shuts off. Inside the oven is enamel and easy to clean. This range came with a basket for baking. I love this stove so much because it’s easy to keep clean and cooks faster making cooking easy and stress free. Love it and will definitely recommend it.

I had to adjust my cooking because the induction process is amazing and cooks my food very quickly. This stove is very efficient and the oven baking and air frying features are amazing. I can now get rid of other air fryer devices. The smart things connection makes this even better. I can cut on the light to see my food without opening the oven, see a timer of when my food will be complete, and at night the ambiance of the light strip is quite amazing. Overall, I am very impressed with this samsung product and look forward to using it daily.

I RECEIVED COMPENSATION FOR THIS REVIEW BUT THE REVIEW IS MY OWN: review required to receive pots and pans available with purchase of certain Samsung induction ranges. The Bad: Induction hobs appear to be smaller in size than indicated by the range top markings. I did a boil test on the front two hobs and both suggest that the actual hob size is roughly 2 inches smaller than indicated. The Good: Range has incredible heat delivery that is very easy to dial in and control. I've been making home made soy milk for the past 2 years. Generally the pan scorches even when stirring constantly and the 20-25 minute boiling process requires active heat control to avoid boil over. With this Samsung range I: 1) set to power boil on the largest hob and bring to almost a boil over in roughly 5 minutes, maybe less (this is for a little over a half gallon of liquid) 2) quickly cut power to drop the froth 3) hit 5 to bring it back up again 4) stir every 2-3 minutes I am able to accurately dial in the exact level of power needed to keep the liquid boiling without scorching or boiling over to the point that I can walk away for a few minutes and not worry. Extremely easy to calibrate oven. After receiving the range I set the oven to 450 and used a grill thermometer to monitor the temperature for 1 hour. As all ovens do, the temperature swung roughly 20 degrees up and down from the set temp as the oven cycled on and off. I did an average of the temperature cycles and then lowered then adjusted the via the settings menu to be 10 degrees lower. I have never calibrated an oven in my life or even thought that was a possibility until this.

The scratch resistant, matte finish is really beautiful. I was fearful of learning something new with the touch panel but it's the easiest yet. We love it! Quickest heat, boils a pot of water to a full boil in right about 5 minutes. That's amazing! Air fryer in the oven, it doesn't get much better than that! My husband and I bother have cooked on it so far and we are just impressed and more than happy with our choice. Must get more pots and pans though, most of outs were not compatible and that is the only downside but that's just fine!

The non-scratch, matte range top is a great upgrade and is so much easier to keep looking clean compared to those glass/shiny top ranges. The AI home screen and interface is bright and easy to use. The ambient edge lighting adds a nice touch. Software is the thing that needs to be ironed out to make this a great range. One frustration is whenever you clean the screen/interface portion it pops the oven door open as there's no way to lock out that button currently in the software. So once the software gets fine-tuned it should increase the overall rating of the range.

We don't use our counter-top air fryer anymore so this helps save space. You can also set timmers that auto shut down the stove. All our pans were able to be used on the stove top and the pans heat up quick with this stove . The NSI6DG9500MTAA Samsung Bespoke was able to bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in under 5 min a real time saver! Now about the app for this its called smart-things by Samsung and you can see all that is going on and make changes to the stove on the app. You can also get notification as to the door being left open or oven is up to temp, food is done ect. The app is a big help. We absolutely love this oven so far and would defiantly recommend it.

My favorite feature is child lock feature, which makes this appliance much safer if you have kids or other adults who need assistance. My only issue is when you are first setting up the range there is step by step that shows on the screen. If you are not used to this type of thing, it may be difficult to follow this small screen. I wish it just had qr link to YouTube video or something to follow along. But other than that you will be absolutely amazed by this range. This is latest and greatest.

I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)

The touch button interface is really easy to use. I’d recommend just exploring the options. I’m old school, so I thought I might be overwhelmed with everything, but it’s really easy to figure out. I was amazed seeing how the induction range tops worked. They only heat up if there is a pot or pan on top of it and then turn off as soon as it’s removed. This may be a common feature on newer ranges now, but Ive never seen it before. So cool!! The oven has so many different settings and it’s easy to use. Air sous vide, dehydrate, and air fry are all options I never expected to have in my kitchen oven. The air fry feature is so dope! I’ve used it for fries, bacon, and even pizza. All of them came out amazing. Looking forward to trying other foods and using the other features as well. I couldn’t be happier with it.

They haven’t given us the option to schedule a repair on our time, it’s only been this time frame and if you’re not home it doesn’t get fixed (basically). We rescheduled and they came on the original date not the rescheduled date. I bought this on Black Friday, and received a week later but I haven’t been able to use the stove top since its arrival unfortunately. I have unplugged and hit the breakers, but nothing. I have proper induction pans such as cast iron and it works for a minute then displays the error code. Bummer. I have high hopes, all my appliances are Samsung and have yet to encounter an issue! With that being said when the service finally happens, I’m sure it will be amazing. Being that the oven works great with the many features it has I think it’s fair to give a 2 rating since a 2.5 is not available.

After I bought this stove in a couple months one burner has heat mark now it bothers me so much. I pay for extra 3 more years warranty but they don't want to fix it or replace it. Warranty doesn't cover top of the stove. I didn't use any chemicals or cleaning solutions. I changed my %90 of my pots and pans for this stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a techie by any means, so when we got this Range, I thought it would be too complicated to use. Boy, was I wrong! The touch sensor controls took me about 10 seconds to figure out, it does so much but the toughest part is figuring out what you wanna do – not how to do it. I have used gas range is my whole life because I love how fast and responsive they are. I have to tell you, this range is as fast if not faster than the gas ranges I’ve used. Water boils incredibly fast on the boost mode and the precision in maintaining low heat level is not to be believed. The bridge between the two left burners makes using a griddle so pleasurable, I’m cooking pancakes and sausage for breakfast all the time. There are no hotspots, the heat is so even across the whole surface. Speaking of surface, cleanup on this is ridiculously easy only requiring a damp cloth. I have yet to find any food baked on. Moving onto the oven, I can’t wait to cook a standing rib roast because it’s ability to cook a lower temperature gives me the option of doing a reverse sear which is difficult to do in an oven that does not reach lower temperatures and maintain them accurately. So far the steam cleaning feature has worked great although I’ve had very little splatters. Because the lower element is concealed everything wipes off from that area easily. I don’t know much about this quiet cooking, but I don’t hear anything. All in all – if you’ve never had an induction range before, you cannot go wrong with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our old Samsung electric range with this new Samsung Bespoke Induction Range in a beautiful Matte Black Steel color. I was concerned that the color would not coordinate very well with the rest of our kitchen, but it looks great! We have never had an induction range, so this was a new experience for us. The induction cooktop is anti-scratch black matte glass, and so far, no scratches or marks. It also does not show fingerprints. However, the display part is very reflective and shows fingerprints, so it will be more difficult to keep clean. I must confess that my wife is the cook and chef in our family, so I have no review of the actual cooking part. I will say that my wife loves cooking with this range and all of the food she has cooked with it tastes great! I do like that the surface cools down rapidly after use to prevent burns. One small complaint is that the clock display does not stay on permanently, so where we used to glance at our old range to see the time, this one only displays the time while cooking and a few minutes after turning off the display. There are two control displays on the unit, one for Induction and one for Oven. There are many options for both, and we have yet to try all of them. There is also an LED light that shines on the handle when the unit is on and can also be turned on for the Ambient Lighting feature. This range comes with an Air-Fry tray and a pull-out section at the bottom to store small-sized pans. I can say with our experience so far, that we love this new Samsung Bespoke Induction Range and look forward to cooking many great meals with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING my new Samsung Bespoke Induction Range! In terms of cooking food on the stove top, I love how it heats up so quickly. The texture of the surface is different than what I'm used to. It's easier to clean, and I really like that! The oven has a generous capacity. The casseroles I have cooked so far have come out fabulous! I like how the oven has so many options of how to cook food. You can Regular bake, Convection bake, Convection roast, Convection vegetable, Broil, Air fry, Air sous vide, keep warm, and dehydrate. There's even a self clean setting and steam clean setting! In the bottom pull out drawer there is an air-fryer tray. I do not have an air fryer, but I used the tray to air-fry some popcorn shrimp for the first time ever, and it was SO good! Both the induction range and the oven have a very modern and advanced display panel. For the induction top, I simply tap the screen to select which burner I want, and use the slider to raise and lower the temperature. It makes this neat little clicking sound as it is warming up! And when I pull the pan off, the surface where the burner is located is much cooler compared to a regular stove. As a parent I REALLY like this feature. I'll admit it has been a little tricky trying to figure out how to use these display panels, but I'm getting the hang of it. For example - I'm used to setting a timer when I put my food into the oven. On the oven panel, as soon as the oven reaches the desired temperature, a timer automatically starts counting on the display, which is a bit different. The only thing that I wish this Induction Range had is a clock. Don't get me wrong - there IS a clock on the oven panel, but it only shows when the oven is in use, or has been in use recently. Eventually it goes out. I wish there was a clock that would stay on all the time. But this is a minor complaint. I am SO happy and pleased with this stove! I love how it is sleek and modern looking, AND it does an amazing job at doing what I need it to do. It has definitely exceeded my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here are my initial impressions on my new Samsung range. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency the day after it was delivered and had to go out of town for a couple days so my experience with the range is not as extensive as I would like it to be. That being said-here are my thoughts: I have been using the SmartThings App for other Samsung devices, it provides a uniform interface across multiple kitchen appliances. On the range I have, the functionality is more limited than I would like, but I don’t know if it can be improved since there is safety issues with being able to actually control different energy output. The Ambient Edge Lighting feature is interesting but somewhat dim. It makes a cosmetic difference only, I don’t have any real feelings about its actual functionality yet. Perhaps when I’ve used it longer I may grow to appreciate its ability to visually indicate the status of the range. So far the Anti-Scratch Matte Glass Cooktop has been easy to clean. Any food that splatters wipes up easily with a damp cloth. I don’t plan on testing its anti-scratch capabilities intentionally in the near future. I haven’t had an opportunity to use the Air Sous Vide feature yet, but the air fryer has been very useful in being able to air fry an entire bag of sweet potato fries in a single layer. It heats up exceptionally fast and has a very even temperature across the entire width of the rack. I don’t hear anything so the Dual Noise Cancellation is working well. I have used other induction ranges where I hear a substantial hum and this one has been absolutely silent. The only thing you hear is the crackling of the food cooking. Of course my Samsung dishwasher is equally noiseless, Samsung definitely has an A+ in sound management. The first three hours after receiving it I ran the self clean function to burn off any residual manufacturing coatings and I must say the aroma was rather strong. I don’t know if I can run the self cleaning with the racks in place, I did not this first time. I like the idea of the steam clean, I tend to be somewhat lazy and having a quick touchup cleaning is appealing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design-wise the range is BEAUTIFUL! I love the black stainless. The controls are flush on the top-front of the range giving it a sleek and modern appearance. The cooking surface, rather than a shiny glass, is matte with a textured appearance while the control surface itself is typical shiny glass with a rubber gasket separating them. Both surfaces are extremely prone to smudges and fingerprints but are also easy to clean. There are LED lights under the control deck that shine down on the handle. The touch-based interface is very different than a typical range but with the limited number of buttons available it was fairly easy to figure out. Cooktop controls on the left, oven controls on the right. A long-press of the induction or oven button to turn it on followed by a few taps or a swipe and you're cooking! It might be a little bit slower than turning a knob but it gives you a lot more versatility. I have to say, I LOVE induction! No more time spent slaving over a hot stove. Only the pot/pan gets hot and while some of that heat does transfer to the oven surface, it’s not a lot and it dissipates super quickly. Even my heavy cast iron heats up SUPER quickly. I only use cast iron, stainless steel, and carbon steel so all of my cookware works with induction just fine. Not only do I have a much more pleasurable cooking experience because I’m not blasting tons of heat into my kitchen instead of into my pans but it’s also much more responsive as my pans heat up more quickly and cool down more quickly when the burner is cut. It’s definitely the way to go for me from here on out! When it comes to the oven, you have TONS of preset options: regular bake, convection bake, broil, air sous vide, dehydrate, air fry, and so on. I like the air fry option for when I need to do bigger batches than my normal air fryer can support. Air sous vide is an interesting option as it allows for precise, if slow, temperature control. I tried it with a rib roast over the weekend and got some great results. It accurately holds the temperature allowing you to get the perfect cook without going over while slow cooking for incredible tenderness. Air does transfer heat more slowly than water so it’s a bit slower than regular sous vide but worth it sometimes to avoid the hassle of dealing with a water bath. This is certainly the best oven that I’ve ever owned and it has me looking forward to upgrading the rest of my kitchen to

The cooktop is fantastic - it takes less than 4 minutes to boil a pot of water! I made dinner start to finish in 20 minutes the first night. My All-Clad pans work great on the induction elements and I love how safe it feels, not being very warm on the surface even after boiling pasta. Getting used to the oven settings will take some time, I haven't had a convection oven before and probably shouldn't have used that setting to bake cookies. Getting the alerts on my phone for when the oven has preheated or the cooking time has ended will be so helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and the performance of this range and am really looking forward to using all the different features.

Luckily we had both gas and electric socket for the range and we were able to switch to induction range quite effortlessly. First thing, wow it is FAST! Boils water in about 20 seconds, it is so fast and powerful, I'm very impressed. Looks slick and clean. Touch control needs a few minutes getting used to, there are no knobs to turn. But once you get it, it is pretty simple and overall the look and feel is much nicer compared to old ranges. The range has lots of tech built in it. One downside is there is no full manual explaining all the features, we had to search online for the full manual. Minor nuisance though. Overall I am very happy with this range, it is efficient and very powerful. Even better, it is much safer than gas range. Highly recommended!

It is beautiful and super sleek! The ambient lighting gives it such an elegant touch! I love the cooktop and how easy it is to maintain and clean since food doesn't cook on it. I love that the induction top will not continue to run if there isn't a compatible pot/pan on it. The air fry feature in the oven is wonderful and we love using it as a healthier option. It's also quieter than my previous ranges. I've yet to use the self clean feature, but I'm sure it will perform wonderfully like the other features. My wife loves the Smart Things connectivity and I've been surprised at how well it works. It's a nice feature that she's used when she needs to preheat the oven on her way home to be more efficient.

It’s beautiful to look at, and I love the non scratch cooktop. The oven can be used as a normal cook, convection cook, air fry dehydrate and even air sous vide. I love that you can get water boiling in a ridiculously short time (we timed a medium pot of water, it took 1 minute 48 seconds to boil!) I admit I didn’t realize that you need different cookware, I donated my previous pots to someone in need so I even feel good about that! Cast iron cookware does work on the Induction cooktop, and I love that the only place that gets hot is on the burner directly under the pot. We have small grandchildren and this feature gives us peace of mind. Altogether, the best range I’ve ever bought. Thanks, Samsung, for a great product!

And I wasn't really sure I would like a range in matte black steel, but I must say I'm impressed. Apparently, ranges have come a long ways in technology. My previous range was 18 years old, so needless to say I was taken a back by all this newer tech. This range has ambient edge lighting, an air fry feature and air sous vide. Even the elements are different. They are not placed like on a typical stove, and you can even use 2 of the elements at the same time for a large pan. Also it has a boost and simmer feature, so if I want to boost my temperature up really quick or if I want my just food to simmer. I'm used to knobs, so I'm still getting use to having no knobs on this range. And being able to hook the stove up to wifi thru my Smartthings app is neat too. It has quite a few modes on this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ready, Set, Cook!! I had an awesome time using this oven to make a pasta bake. My food cooked very evenly without burning the cheese! I can say I already love this product and can't wait to use it more and check out the additional features. I didn't have too much of a chance to review the product before heading to Paris for two weeks, however, when I returned I got to really sample the product. It took a second to adjust, but my middle son who loves to cook has fund his stride in baking. He bakes cookies twice a week and the see through window and bright light helps him to monitor his cookies without opening the door and letting the heat out. I planned on getting a griddle appliance for pancakes and am happy to announce that I no longer need to do that. This stove has an Induction Griddle top that has allowed me to cook quick even pancakes. I am still exploring all of the features, but so far am very impressed.

The sleek blue finish on the inside is my favorite. I love the air frying setting on the range because it cuts back on all the cooking appliances that I need to cook everything. The bottom drawer is a little small but honestly I prefer the extra space inside the oven. I like the matte finish on the cooktop. It has worked really well with everyone of my pots except a really old one of mine so that’s great! The controls took a minute to get used to but I love everything about this range! It’s easy to clean and looks fabulous!

It’s beautiful and modern looking. The non scratch induction cooktop is sleek and only gets hot when you have an induction pot or frypan on it. Regular cookware does not work on it. There’s a Boost button to give your pan a shot of heat. Perfect for getting the water back to boiling quickly when you add pasta to the water. Speaking of quick, I timed how long to get a pan of water to boiling - a seriously impressive time of 1 minute, 48 seconds! Yes you read that right. Talk about a time saver! The oven can be used as either regular bake or convection bake. It can also be used for air fry and air sous vide, for extra flavor and no overcooking. Adding it to my Smart Things app was simple. I love that you can control the range from your cellphone, including pre heating the oven on your way home! The Smart Things app also has all the instructions you could ever need, this range does so many things! I really feel I made the right choice with this range and my hubby has been enjoying all the cooking I’m doing while trying all the features.

It took me 28 sec to boil 1 cup of cold water. Faster than any tea kettle, microwave, or other method. * Air fry with large platter - see pics of my crispy tostitos * Air Sous Vide - oven cook at low, consistant temp in a sous vide bag or silicon container (I'll try this out tomorrow) * Bread proofing * Convection bake - speeds up baking process by ~ 25-30% * Accurate oven temp - see video I also noticed the interior is huge. I can't imagine anything that wouldnt fit in there. The only downside is the storage drawer at the bottom is a little small. But I found a way to fit all my cookie sheets and roasting pans by setting them side by side. Going from a ceramic cooktop to induction was a quantum leap - I had to buy some new pans, but some worked great (test with a magnet). I found I had to change my timing for everything I cook. Normally I would turn the burner on high and get everything ready to put in the pan. But with near instant hot, I have to get everything ready first and start slowly. It's really nice to be able to change the heat instantly, but it takes some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range can do just about anything. At first I have to admit I was almost intimidated by it. It's very different than my previous one. It's very futuristic looking at first glance. However, now I think it's the most amazing range I have ever cooked had. There are so many bells and whistles to this that I am still learning about. The capabilities are numerous and include edge lighting, scratch-resistant black matte glass, air fry, convection, sous vida, the dual burner, wifi and smart things compatible. I'm sure there's more I haven't discovered yet. I do need to mention two important things about this range. First, if you are used to putting foil in the bottom to catch spills in the oven, don't. It's not good for the oven and highly not recommended by Samsung. Secondly, cookware that is compatible with an induction range need to have some iron content in the bottom of the pan. That means if you put a magnet on the bottom of the pan and it sticks, it's compatible. If it doesn't, it isn't. Using the incorrect pan is not only bad for the range, but doesn't heat your food evenly and that's important with induction. Bottom line? It's a great range and the meals we've made so far have come out really fantastic. I'm glad we got this opportunity to try it. Now to look for more recipes to try!

The induction cooktop is a game-changer. It heats up so much faster than our old stove – boiling water feels like a flash! The downside? We had to upgrade some of our pots and pans that weren't induction compatible. But hey, that just meant we got a set of gorgeous new cookware, so it's a win-win in my book! I've been experimenting with all the fancy features, and let me tell you, they're impressive. The Air Fry function is fantastic! I made some crispy (and way healthier!) french fries using the included tray, and they came out perfectly golden. The Sous Vide feature also blew me away – it cooks food so evenly and keeps it incredibly juicy. Plus, the SmartThings integration is amazing. I set up an automation so whenever I turn on the cooktop, the exhaust fan on my Samsung microwave automatically kicks on – goodbye, lingering cooking smells! The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the touch control panel. Sometimes it doesn't register my touch right away, and other times, I accidentally bump it while reaching for a pot. Still, for all the amazing features this range offers, it's a small trade-off. Overall, I'm absolutely loving my new kitchen powerhouse!

I am so thrilled with the air fry I have had many small appliance air fryers and I swear nothing comes out right and it takes for ever to cook but not with the Samsung Bespoke Range oh no it is all grown up and it Fry's food fast and cooks better than any air fryer I have ever had. You can air fry a full bag of French fries at once. I love that it came with a pan for air frying. I am a beginner with sous vide but I am quickly loving this feature. I have made a steak this way and browned it in a pan on the cooktop. Melt in your mouth tender. I feel so like a Chef now. I can't wait to make a pizza will be ordering a pizza stone. The cooktop is fast to heat up . The inversion cooktop is easy to use and simple to clean. I love everything about this range. It is on a different level.

I received compensation for this review but the review is my own - I've had this range for 2 weeks now. My family has enjoyed using it. The efficiency with how fast it heats, and the fact that it heats pans evenly are great features. I only wish it had larger burners aside from the largest one. It doesn't work well if you have to cook with 2 large pans at the same time. Many will probably find difficulty in switching over to induction cookware as not all cookware is compatible with this range. All I can say is, magnets are your best friend and make sure to check the bottom of the pan as that's what has to be magnetic. Happy cooking!

The NSI6DG9500MTAA not only looks great in my kitchen but the functions it has are outstanding. I’ve had a couple different gatherings at my house since receiving it and it has made cooking a breeze. I really like the Boost function when boiling water on the stovetop. The SmartThings app is wonderful. After pushing a button on the range you can adjust cooking time and temperature of the oven from the app. It will also let you know if any of the burners are on. You can also adjust the ambient lighting with the app. Change the color and also adjust for it to be on all the time or only when it’s being used. The convection vegetable setting is unique and I’ve used the bread-proofing setting as well as air fry. The range top is matte and has been easier to clean than my previous glass top. It’s also what catches people’s eye too. The induction cooktop works really well. The range will beep to let you know if you are trying to use a pan that is not compatible. The burner will also turn off if you lift the pan up for too long. It did take some time to learn how to operate the range with no knobs. The push buttons are easy to use, I have some arthritis in my hands that makes turning hard so the pushing of a button makes things easier for me. I would have liked the adjustable feet to have had slightly longer screws. My previous range was a Samsung and fit perfectly between my counters. This one was a bit harder to adjust. Width wise was perfect. Also, the placement of the power cord and where my outlet was located didn’t allow a nice snug fit against the wall. I will need to have an electrician out to move my outlet. Overall, very happy with the Samsung range.

It takes less then a minute on boost to get water to boil. The air fryer isn't very strong and takes mich longer than instructions on food packages require, but I'm pleased with everything else pertaining to performance. As far as Samsung, there was a minor issue with the delivery company. Samsung took responsibility for the failure of the delivery company and rectified the situation though they didn't have to. The overall experience and product was positive enough for me to buy a unit for my parents as well.

Had for 1 year now. I wanted to like this oven. 2 stars because nothing is broken yet. I hate everything else about it. Oven temp is inaccurate, verified by oven thermometer. Touch “screen”? buttons are awful. Timer is too quiet. Induction range is not faster than gas like people claim. You can’t use the smart app to start preheating the oven, which I get for safety but that’s literally the only reason I would want the app. Gordon Ramsey would not go near this thing.

The push buttons are really fussy. They need a firm push and other times your belly will do it. If your fingers are damp or have any grease on them they will not work. We used this about 10 times and it is my husbands baby and he takes very good care of it. Within that time this anti scratch surface got a scratch. Our old one did not scratch like this anti scratch. I can’t find where it says the best way to clean it or if a razor can be used on this surface.

The touch controls aren’t super intuitive, if you have someone come house sit, they might not be able to figure out how to even turn the stove or oven on without being taught how it works. The whole stove top is also flat, including the vents, which are just open holes that go into a mystery void. Lost a screw down there one day and it took quite a while to fish it back out. (Those vents should probably have a screen of some sort to avoid letting your mischievous cat drop random objects in it.) Those things aside, I like it and it’s working well.

The oven turns off intermittently. Sometimes when turning it on, other times it's when I open the door to check on the food. The message I get is "Power off cooling down". Exactly what I don't want the oven to do when I'm basting or checking doneness. The question I have to ask is, When Samsung designed this range was there anyone who knows more than pushing a microwave button? It certainly doesn't appear anyone who bakes or cooks had any input. Thought I had a remedy to the uneven performance of the coil style electric range. Appears not the case. If you are reading this review and your goal is getting an electric range as close to gas I guarantee you this range is not the answer.

Water boils very fast and stops with just a touch. The controls are so user friendly it's almost like playing games. As for the oven, the convection bake is the best I have ever had on any of the stoves I have ever had. Granted this is new technology but it is far better than the gold star induction range I paid over 3k 20 hrs ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly love Samsung ranges. Have had glass top true convection in my old home so knew was going to go with the brand again. This time went with the induction and it does not disappoint. The precise heating is like what I loved about gas top from years ago that I had to pass on last time. The oven part temperature is phenomenal in accuracy and consistency, staying within just a few degrees at all times. Haven't tried the sous vide feature yet but will at some point. Convection makes baking things crisper and faster if you have learned the difference it adds. The scratch resistant top should be a major improvement over smooth glass for longevity looks. Ambient lighting is nice for knowing that others in household have turned on or not forgotten to turn off. With induction having digital controls is a boon but also miss knobs as learning not to accidentally brush them at times.

I received compensation for this review, but the review is my own. This oven has a sleek design and a useful feature to turn on ambient night light when connected to a smartphone. Induction cooking is so much quicker to cook\boil water. The biggest downside is the lack of an instruction manual, requiring a smartphone to access it. However, touch sliders are convenient and make cleaning easier than typical dials\buttons. Oven function is about as fast as previous Samsung oven, but much quieter fan when running and cooling off. Overall, it is well designed, modern look and so far, good quality.

I got my stove a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the stove because there's a message to contact customer service, and I haven't had the chance to contact them yet with holiday madness. But it is gorgeous. Hopefully the issue is a simple one to fix. I will update my review as soon as I am able to use it.

I received compensaation for this review but the review is my own. This is my first induction range, so the learning curve has been a little steeper for the digital control panel. I deducted 1/2 star because the options are not back-lit. I also don't like what it takes to turn on a timer, but experience may help that. My only other complaint is that the storage drawer is pretty light-weight, not to mention very shallow. This range is beautiful and it heats quickly - both the cooktop and the oven. I did try air-fry. Although the instructions say no pre-heating required, I found I really did need to - or add additional cook time. Love the size of the air fryer basket. The cooktop is very easy to clean, but I had experience with a glass top before, so using the ceramic cleaner is nothing new. I normally don't write reviews until I have used something for a longer period of time, but the requirements of submitting a request for the free cook set required one, so here it is. I hope I continue to love it!

After replacing a 2 burner propane top with an induction top, in condo out of country, I came home and bought this range. Being, 81, I wasn’t initially happy that the only included instructions were for installing! So, I pursued the internet to help me get “cookin!” After a couple of hours and accidental touching various areas, I succeeded in cooking my first item. We planned to air fry that evening, so again, I played around until successfully finding that feature. Since day one, I am more confident and plan meals and baking with less stress. I am very pleased with my range and highly recommend it. I only give it 4 stars because there are NO instructions on how to begin using this beautiful range!

The pan heats up in no time and the residual heat on the range is minimal, so I don't have to worry about my granddaughter touching the range. I tend to use the oven broil feature most often, but I love how there are so many specialty modes (pizza/naan, air fry, broil, bake, convection Bake, convection roast, convection vegetables, air sous vide, bread proof, dehydrate, turkey, brownie, keep warm) and I can choose the order they appear. The lighting options on the range are beautiful! You can pick the type of white that works best for you. To be honest, took me a minute to figure out how to use it. Would be extremely helpful to have some sort of instructions included. The only down sides I have found is that the oven glass got dirty between the panes on the very first use and I can't get it clean without completely tearing it apart. The second one is just personal preference. There is not an open handle where I can put a dish towel. Again, personal preference, but if you're like me and always want that dish towel immediately at hand, it's a learning curve.

I have cooked several items , including using the air fry feature. The main reasons I wanted this oven was because of the air fry and the air sous vide features. I can't wait to use the air sous vide feature. Another feature I like is being able to use 2 elements at the same time as 1 large element. That would really come in handle. I was a bit surprised that the oven didn't have any knobs. I am used to knobs, so it's taking me some time to get use to it. I'm also still learning some of the features, since the oven didn't come with a manual. When I tried to view it on the Smart things app, it came up as "Sorry" error. So I have to go on the internet to view the manual to learn more about it. It would have been nice to have this manual included. The ambient edge lighting on the range is good to have at night. This is the first time I've owned an induction oven. So, I learned pretty fast that you need induction cookware in order for the elements to heat up. A magnet is included with the oven to let you know if you have the correct cookware. Overall, this is a nice looking stove with fancy features. The oven is easy to clean and maintain. The elements heat really fast. I've already downloaded several recipes onto my Smart things app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly pleased with my Bespoke slide in! First of all it looks fantastic- I think the fact that it’s so easy to clean helps with this. The fact that the induction stops once the pan is off really aids in less messes of over boiling. My two favorite things are pretty practical features: 1) the boost button for quick boiling is a real time savor 2) the time that begins once the oven has reached desired temperature is fantastic as I so often forget to set an actual timer. Although I was initially a tad intimidated by the tech side of my oven, I’ve grown fond of being able to double check that I’ve turned off the oven or light from my phone mikes away! It’s just great peace of mind! This was a great purchase for our family.
