What’s the difference between Screen Repair and Replacement?• Screen Repair: Fixes minor damage (e.g., cracks) without replacing the entire display. (Screen only).

Is there warranty on the repaired parts?Yes, there is a 3 months manufacture warranty given to the repaired parts. (KSA Model only)

How long is my Samsung Care+ Now Service Pack valid for?Your Samsung Care+ Now Service Pack is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Please send your device for service within this period.
If you have not used the service by the end of the 3 months, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange cancellation and a refund. You may also request cancellation and a refund at any time before using the service.
The 3-month period is the timeframe for submitting your device, not a deadline for completing the repair. If you need the service after your pack has been cancelled and refunded, you can purchase a new Service Pack. -
What is covered under the Battery Replacement and Back Cover Replacement service?These are two of the services offered under the Samsung Care+ Now Program, allowing customers to replace a damaged or degraded battery, or a damaged back cover, on eligible Samsung Galaxy devices at a fixed price, without requiring the device to be under an active Samsung Care+ warranty plan.
