Thank you for taking the time to share with us this review about your experience with the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. Although we are pleased to read that you are happy with the bigger 10.9" ultra clear screen of this tablet as well as with its flawless performance, we also appreciate that you wished to be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel with it. We can confirm that the full range of the Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, can be used on this tablet to increase your productivity and creativity to the next level. However, please note that, following Microsoft policy, you can only use your Microsoft Office account and its apps on up to 5 devices at the same time. You can download them directly from Google Play Store by following these steps: Google Play Store > Search for Microsoft Word/Excel from the search bar at the top > Select your preferred applications and install. If you need more help with using these applications on your tablet or any other device, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft Office Support for further assistance: https://spr.ly/6421ewrfR You can also get in touch with our Support Teams, who will be happy to assist you with getting the best experience out of your tablet: https://spr.ly/6422ewrfr ^CL at Samsung Support

We are sorry to read that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE didn't meet your expectations because you wished to be able to use a flash with the rear-camera, to zoom out and for the product to have a front-facing camera, Shridu. We appreciate your disappointment, and we can confirm that this tablet does not come with a Rear Camera - Flash, as detailed in the Specifications section on the product page of our Samsung UK website. It does, however, come with a 12MP front-facing camera, as well as with a 1x and 2x zoom feature. If you need any support with using your tablet, or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Teams. You can find our full contact details and opening times on our Contact Us page here: https://spr.ly/6429w39vS Still, we will make sure to take you feedback on board, so we can use it to improve our future products and technology. ^CL at Samsung Support
